The Glencoe Mill textile company started in 1882 and continued operation until the 1950s, producing plaid flannels. After production stopped, a variety of small businesses operated out of the original mill building, but the mill complex largely stood empty and unused. Developer and property management company, Hedgehog Holdings, LLC, has undertaken the rehabilitation of the mill’s 90,000 square feet located on the east bank of the Haw River just outside of Burlington, NC. This historic mill complex offers some exciting opportunities for those who are looking for unique and creative spaces. If you’re interested in space at Glencoe, give us a call!
